Junior Account Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management efforts by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Responsibilities: Assist senior account representatives with managing client accounts and addressing customer inquiries. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and fulfill orders promptly. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients under supervision. Track sales activities and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
