Responsibilities Support senior account managers in maintaining and developing client accounts Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely follow-ups Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and account documentation Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement Coordinate internally with team members to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
