About The Role

The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner will provide dedicated, on-site HR support for an expansion facility located outside the main Mexicali campus. the site's distance from the main campus, this role requires a seasoned HRBP who can manage the day-to-day HR operation independently — employee relations, labor relations, onboarding, and compliance — while working closely with the HR Manager and broader HR team on strategy, escalations, and alignment across the multi-building campus. This is an individual contributor role suited to someone who is comfortable being the go-to HR presence on-site day to day, without direct supervision close at hand, while remaining a full partner and collaborator with campus HR leadership.
