Key Responsibilities

You will perform plumbing maintenance, Installations, diagnostics, and repairs in residential settings. Your role requires a commitment to quality, strong technical skills, and the ability to communicate solutions effectively to our customers.

Service Excellence: Perform plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance in residential and light commercial settings with accuracy and efficiency. Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Customer Focus: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing professional, friendly, and transparent service and education.

Technical Proficiency: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing technologies and best practices. Stay informed to ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures.

Sales and Recommendations: Identify opportunities for upgrades, maintenance plans, and accessories that enhance the customer experience.

Professionalism: Represent the company with a polished appearance, courteous demeanor, and strong work ethic. Respect customer property and leave work areas clean and orderly.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HVAC service and sales departments along with management to achieve team goals and exceed customer expectations.

Community Involvement: Participate in community events and initiatives as part of our commitment to giving back to the Austin area.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience.

Certification: Tradesman, Journeyman or Master Plumbing License

• Skills: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work in varying environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated, with a commitment to excellence.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with service management software (ServiceTitan preferably), mobile devices, and diagnostic tools.

Compensation & Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Commission based: Up to 20%, 18% guaranteed and 2% bonus for efficiency & reviews
