At Forma, we work exclusively on residential projects — the kind where the benchtop is the centre piece of someone's home, and the finish has to be right. We're looking for an experienced Fabricator & Installer who takes pride in doing things properly and wants a long-term role with a team that respects the trade.

What you'll be doing

• Fabricating high-quality stone benchtops in our workshop
• Cutting, shaping, gluing, and polishing stone to specification
• Operating CNC machinery and measuring equipment
• Reading plans and preparing jobs accurately
• Installing benchtops in residential homes with precision and care
• Representing Forma professionally in our clients' homes

What you'll bring

• Strong attention to detail and a high personal standard of finish
• Professional manner when working in residential homes
• Driver's licence
• Reliable, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
• Full working rights in Australia

It will work in your favour if you also have

• 2+ years' experience in stone fabrication and/or installation
• Confidence on, or an interest in operating CNC machinery
• Experience with, or an interest in learning the art of industry-specific site measuring
