We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Wiesbaden and play a key role in delivering high-quality finance operations. Your impact As part of a centralised finance team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, on time, and in line with German accounting standards. What you’ll be doing Process high volumes of supplier invoices (PO and non-PO) with accuracy and efficiency Ensure correct coding (GL, cost centres, VAT) and compliance with internal policies Manage invoice workflows and approvals Post and reconcile AP transactions, resolving discrepancies proactively Support payment runs across multiple currencies Act as a key contact for vendors and internal stakeholders, handling queries professionally What you bring Experience in Accounts Payable within a German environment Good understanding of German VAT and accounting practices Familiarity with tools such as DATEV, AP workflow systems, or electronic banking (e.g. S-Firm) Strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems A structured, reliable approach with high attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of an international/remote team Fluent German and good English communication skills Why join us?
