HRSC Specialist - AMER

The HR Service Centre Specialist is responsible for delivering a high-quality, customer-focused HR service to colleagues across the Americas (AMER) region. Working within the global HR Shared Services Centre, the role serves as the first point of contact for a broad range of HR, payroll, and workforce management inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).

The role combines HR administration, case management, data maintenance, payroll support, and project-related activities, requiring strong attention to detail, customer service excellence, and the ability to navigate multiple HR systems and processes.
