About The Role

ARHS Group, part of Accenture , is looking for a Cloud Team Leader (Managed Services) to join our Cloud Center of Excellence.

In this hybrid technical and leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Cloud Managed Services team, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across cloud environments. You’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise to guide your team and deliver high-quality cloud services to our clients.

THE WORK

  • Lead the Cloud Managed Services team, managing daily operations including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Oversee cloud architecture to ensure availability, scalability, and security across platforms.
  • Act as a mentor and technical reference for team members — supporting both technical execution and professional growth.
  • Drive automation and optimization initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, and Python .
  • Define and maintain the Managed Services Quality Plan , continuously improving workflows (e.g., Jira SDM ).
  • Monitor KPIs and service health, providing actionable reports and recommendations to management.
  • Manage team capacity, budget planning, and on-call schedules.
  • Shape the mid- and long-term Cloud MSP strategy as Product Owner, staying ahead of emerging trends.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and service management best practices.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 5–10 years of experience in Cloud Operations , Managed Services , or a technical leadership role .
  • Proven expertise in cloud architecture and operations ( AWS and Azure ).
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes , Terraform , Ansible , and Python .
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
  • Knowledge of cloud security , networking , and cost optimization .
  • ITIL certification (mandatory).
  • At least one cloud certification (AWS or Azure).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
  • Proactive mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience managing hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with Datadog or other observability tools.
  • Background in service delivery management or product ownership .
