This role
We're looking for a Data Analyst who combines data analysis, CRM administration, and process automation skills. The ideal candidate enjoys turning scattered data into actionable insights and automating manual workflows using low-code. This person will work closely with the commercial, operations and fraud teams as well as cross-functional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the commercial team to understand reporting needs and translate them into dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights ( SQL, Python).
- Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders (sales, operations, finance) requesting data analysis or process automation support.
- Manage and optimize the CRM (Zoho CRM): modules, custom fields, workflows, assignment rules, and data quality.
- Clean, validate, and normalize data (names, phone numbers, emails, geolocation) to ensure data quality across merchant/customer databases.
- Present findings and recommendations to commercial leadership and other stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department, based on evolving business needs.

| - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or CRM-related roles. - Intermediate-to-advanced SQL skills (Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar preferred). - Experience administering a CRM (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other). - Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with ambiguous or incomplete data. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical, commercial-facing stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments. - Nice to have: basic Python, BI tools (Hex, Looker, Power BI) or exposure to fintech/retail environments with field sales operations. |
