Staff Technical Recruiter

As a Staff Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in building high-performing teams that drive innovation and long-term business growth. This position combines hands-on recruiting with strategic talent acquisition initiatives, allowing you to shape hiring processes while attracting exceptional technical talent across international markets. Working in a remote-first, collaborative environment, you will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver an outstanding candidate experience and continuously improve recruiting operations. ### Accountabilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, from role definition and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and successful hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs, define hiring strategies, and advise on talent market trends.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating interviews, managing communication, and ensuring an efficient recruitment process across multiple time zones.
• Improve recruiting operations by designing scalable processes, enhancing employer branding initiatives, and implementing effective recruiting tools and systems.
• Use recruiting data, metrics, and feedback to optimize hiring performance and continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador of company culture, identifying candidates who align with organizational values and long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with the broader People team on talent-related initiatives and contribute to projects that support organizational growth.

## Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within fast-growing technology companies or startup environments.
• Demonstrated success hiring highly specialized technical talent, including engineering, machine learning, or other hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and partnering with hiring managers on strategic hiring decisions.
• Ability to build scalable recruiting systems, optimize hiring workflows, and leverage recruitment technologies, including AI-powered sourcing and talent acquisition tools.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries and working within remote, international organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use recruitment metrics and data to improve hiring outcomes.
