### Accountabilities

The Account Manager, Customer Success will be responsible for managing the complete customer lifecycle, from onboarding through expansion and renewal. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, business understanding, and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable improvements across the organization.

  • Lead customer onboarding processes, including kickoff meetings, implementation coordination, and creation of repeatable onboarding workflows.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, developing trusted relationships with executives and operational stakeholders.
  • Drive product adoption, engagement, and measurable customer outcomes by aligning solutions with business objectives.
  • Monitor customer success metrics, identify risks, and proactively implement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct business reviews and strategic account check-ins to demonstrate value and uncover future opportunities.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify and support account expansion opportunities and additional product adoption.
  • Collect customer feedback and translate insights into recommendations for product and engineering teams.
  • Support customer advocacy initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, and reference programs.
  • Occasionally participate in pre-sales discussions by providing customer context, strategic recommendations, and solution expertise.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with experience managing SaaS or technology accounts and a strong ability to connect customer goals with business value. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.

  • 5–8 years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Proven success managing customer relationships, improving retention, driving renewals, and expanding accounts.
  • Experience working with SaaS, advertising technology, data platforms, analytics solutions, or similar technology products preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate product value and strategic impact to customers.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Highly organized, proactive, empathetic, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, advertising platforms, or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Must be located in the United States and authorized to work without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
