### Accountabilities

The role is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle through effective HR practices, providing guidance to leaders and contributing to organizational development initiatives. Main responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, technical, specialist, and leadership positions.
  • Partner with managers to define role profiles, required competencies, and hiring strategies.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, resume screening, competency-based interviews, and assessment activities when applicable.
  • Support leaders in hiring decisions while ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to recruitment timelines.
  • Monitor recruitment indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Identify training needs with leadership teams and support the execution of development initiatives.
  • Assist employees and managers with Individual Development Plans (PDIs), onboarding, training programs, and career development actions.
  • Support performance management cycles, calibration meetings, recognition processes, and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Contribute to talent reviews, succession planning, and identification of critical roles and high-potential employees.
  • Support culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives, including climate surveys and action plans.
  • Act as an internal HR consultant, advising leaders on people management topics, conflicts, performance, and organizational needs.
  • Prepare HR reports, analyze people indicators, and support workforce planning, budgeting, and governance processes.
  • Assist with employee termination processes, including exit interviews and analysis of turnover improvement opportunities.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a strong generalist HR background, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting leaders and employees across multiple people processes. Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Solid experience as an HR Generalist, with expertise in recruitment, organizational development, and internal HR consulting.
  • Experience managing recruitment processes for operational, administrative, technical, and leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of performance management, Individual Development Plans (PDIs), organizational climate, and learning & development initiatives.
  • Experience working with HR indicators and people analytics.
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience using HR management systems such as Senior, LinkedIn, Sólides, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, identify improvement opportunities, and support business needs.

Differential qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in People Management, Organizational Psychology, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of assessment methodologies, competency-based interviews, and competency management practices.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to HR processes.
