**This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Management, PDM based in the United States.**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced product leader to drive the strategy and evolution of a critical Provider Data Management (PDM) product portfolio within the healthcare technology space. In this role, you will lead high-performing product teams, shape long-term product vision, and collaborate closely with engineering, implementation, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions. You will play a key role in improving operational excellence, accelerating product delivery, and enhancing customer value while influencing products that support essential healthcare workflows. ### Accountabilities

  • Lead the strategic direction, roadmap, and execution of the Provider Data Management (PDM) and related product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Partner with engineering, implementation, and cross-functional teams to improve delivery processes, remove execution bottlenecks, and accelerate customer value.
  • Drive operational excellence by establishing scalable product management processes, planning frameworks, governance, and execution discipline across the organization.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, optimization, and ongoing performance measurement.
  • Leverage expertise in data-centric products to enhance data ingestion, validation, enrichment, governance, and master data management capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure product scalability, technical feasibility, customer satisfaction, and successful product adoption.
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve user experience, business outcomes, and growth opportunities.

## Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; MBA is considered an advantage.
  • Extensive leadership experience in product management with a proven ability to lead teams, define product strategy, and deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong background in healthcare technology, healthcare data platforms, health plans, provider organizations, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex data-focused products involving data governance, validation, enrichment, ingestion, and master data management.
  • Experience with Provider Data Management, provider directories, credentialing, enrollment, network management, or similar healthcare information solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to improve product execution, delivery velocity, prioritization, operational processes, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product development best practices, roadmap planning, and customer-centered product discovery.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in evolving and fast-paced environments.
