### Accountabilities

The Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting SAP operations, maintaining data quality, and developing analytical solutions to support business needs. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with different teams to improve data-driven processes.

• Support SAP operational activities, ensuring system continuity and efficient resolution of business demands.
• Manage service requests, implement improvements, and provide support for ongoing projects.
• Analyze, maintain, and ensure the quality and consistency of corporate data.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and indicators using BI Analytics tools.
• Support users by providing guidance and resolving data-related issues.
• Contribute to data governance initiatives and continuous improvement practices.
• Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support AMS activities, including incident management and enhancement requests.
• Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing related to data processes and solutions.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate is a data professional with experience in SAP environments, business intelligence, and operational support. The role requires analytical ability, technical knowledge, and experience working with data-driven improvements.

• Experience with data management in SAP environments.
• Knowledge of BI Analytics solutions and data visualization practices.
• Previous experience supporting AMS/Application Management Services operations.
• Experience handling support tickets, system improvements, and technology projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with users, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in the Energy, Utilities, or Infrastructure sectors is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with corporate data governance concepts is a plus.
