### Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions that address complex business challenges across production environments.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain end-to-end machine learning training and inference pipelines to ensure efficiency, reliability, and performance.
  • Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy deep learning and large language models using modern AI frameworks and best practices.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust AI-powered applications.
  • Monitor model performance, data quality, and production systems, implementing improvements to maximize scalability and operational reliability.
  • Document technical solutions, development processes, and implementation standards while contributing to AI engineering best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies to improve existing systems and accelerate innovation.

## Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in applied AI, machine learning, deep learning, or related engineering roles.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python, with hands-on experience using PyTorch, JAX, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
  • Proven experience building and deploying production AI systems involving large language models (LLMs), natural language processing, computer vision, and machine learning pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning theory, statistics, model evaluation, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience developing scalable ML infrastructure, distributed training workflows, and production deployment pipelines.
  • Familiarity with modern AI techniques such as LLM fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI, multimodal AI, or similar advanced architectures is highly desirable.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects, published research, or experience with Responsible AI principles are considered strong assets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
