### Accountabilities

The C&E Consultant Assistant will support communication and engagement projects by developing content, managing workflows, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple channels. The role requires strong organization, creativity, and the ability to translate complex information into accessible employee communications.

  • Support employee benefits communication projects from strategy development through execution, collaborating with consulting teams and account partners on content, design, and project coordination.
  • Create clear, engaging communication materials across digital and print channels to increase employee understanding, engagement, and required action.
  • Write, edit, and optimize content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong user experiences across communication platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously by establishing priorities, maintaining timelines, and creating efficient workflows.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to adapt communication strategies based on client needs and project objectives.
  • Provide support during high-volume periods by managing shifting priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Contribute creative ideas and solutions to improve communication effectiveness and strengthen client relationships.

## **Requirements:**

The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills, project management capabilities, and experience creating engaging content for professional audiences. They should be comfortable managing multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–8 years of combined experience in communications, employee benefits, healthcare communications, or a related field.
  • Experience creating compelling written content and simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management mindset with the ability to organize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Experience supporting client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and experience working with communication design tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with remote teams.
  • Experience in employee benefits, healthcare, or insurance communications is a plus.

## **Benefits:**

  • Approximately 20–30 hours per week with flexibility depending on project needs.
  • Hourly compensation range of **$35.00–$50.00 per hour**.
