### Accountabilities

As a key member of the IT Operations function, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the systems, tools, and processes that support a global workforce. You will combine operational ownership with continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring secure access, reliable infrastructure, and a high-quality employee experience.

  • Administer, configure, and optimize core IT and collaboration platforms, including SaaS applications and productivity tools.
  • Manage company devices, operating system configurations, and compliance requirements according to security policies.
  • Own onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring efficient provisioning and deprovisioning of user access and IT assets.
  • Manage identity and access processes, including IAM, role-based access control (RBAC), and regular access reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to permissions, cloud environments, networking configurations, and internal systems.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new IT platforms, tools, and security processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation, troubleshooting guides, and internal knowledge resources to improve operational scalability.
  • Partner with technical teams to identify automation opportunities and improve workflows through tools such as infrastructure-as-code solutions.
  • Provide proactive support by identifying recurring issues and implementing improvements that increase efficiency and reliability.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience supporting modern cloud-based IT environments and enjoys working autonomously in a collaborative, distributed setting. You should be comfortable balancing technical problem-solving, user support, security best practices, and process improvement.

  • Experience supporting and configuring cloud-based IT environments, especially SaaS platforms and Google Workspace.
  • Hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM) and cloud access configurations.
  • Understanding of cloud networking concepts, including virtual networks, permissions, routing, and security configurations.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues using a structured and methodical approach.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Service-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize requests and support business-critical teams.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive improvements in IT operations.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management, security practices, and cloud-native environments is a plus.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or similar solutions is a plus.
  • Previous experience in startup or scale-up environments is a plus.
