### Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client service requests, delivering prompt, professional, and high-quality support across a portfolio of accounts.
- Process policy endorsements, issue new business documentation, and ensure all client records and transactions are completed accurately.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy details, and available solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Coordinate account remarketing activities when appropriate to help clients maintain the most suitable coverage.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and insurance carriers to resolve issues and support efficient policy servicing.
## Requirements
- Active State Insurance License required, or willingness and ability to obtain all necessary licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
- Previous experience in client service, insurance operations, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn insurance platforms and internal systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to type at least 55 words per minute while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
