SAP Senior ABAP Consultant

As a SAP Senior ABAP Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise SAP solutions that support critical business processes across Supply Chain and ERP environments. Working in a collaborative Agile setting, you will contribute to the delivery of scalable, high-quality applications while leveraging modern SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, Fiori, OData, and CDS. ### Accountabilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments while ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Build and enhance enterprise applications using modern SAP technologies, including ABAP OO, Fiori, OData, CDS Views, BOPF, FPM, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, architects, and Agile development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support while ensuring successful delivery of high-quality SAP features.
• Perform technical analysis, troubleshoot complex issues, and proactively resolve development challenges to maintain application reliability and efficiency.
• Support Agile ceremonies, contribute to user story refinement, perform code reviews, and promote development best practices across project teams.
• Contribute to global implementation projects, system enhancements, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives within enterprise SAP landscapes.

## Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, with strong expertise across both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Extensive experience with ABAP, ABAP Objects (OO), SAP Fiori, OData Services, CDS Views, BOPF, FPM, and related SAP development technologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience delivering enterprise SAP solutions in collaborative development environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
• SAP ABAP or SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
• Experience supporting global rollouts, multi-country SAP implementations, or large-scale enterprise transformation programs is highly desirable.
• Exposure to SAP Quality Management (QM), SAP Fiori/UI5, LIMS/MES integrations, regulated industries, or validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ) is considered an advantage.
• Self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working independently within cross-functional teams.
