Director of Ai and Transformation

### Accountabilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise AI strategy and transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership and business teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve operations, customer delivery, and growth.
• Lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Analyze existing workflows and business processes to identify automation opportunities and operational improvements.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and solutions to determine when to build, buy, or integrate capabilities.
• Drive adoption of AI tools across core business systems and client-facing platforms.
• Manage external consultants, technology partners, and implementation resources while helping develop internal AI capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to create AI-enabled products, services, and business models that strengthen competitive positioning.
• Establish responsible AI governance practices, including adoption frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on AI opportunities, trends, and transformation initiatives across the organization.

## Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience developing and implementing AI solutions that generate measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including large language models, AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs and collaborating with executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external technology partners and make effective build-versus-buy decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take a hands-on approach to solving complex business challenges.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical possibilities into practical business solutions and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a startup, growth-stage, or similarly agile business environment preferred.
• Background in education technology or service-based organizations is a plus.
