### Accountabilities
The Pre-Sales Analyst will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and supporting the sales process through strategic prospecting and qualification. The position requires strong relationship-building skills, data analysis capabilities, and effective collaboration with internal teams.
- Map stakeholders and understand decision-making structures, including influencers and key decision-makers.
- Conduct research on companies, markets, and public procurement environments to identify relevant opportunities.
- Build long-term consultative relationships with prospects and potential customers.
- Qualify complex opportunities by evaluating factors such as budget, compliance requirements, and internal processes.
- Contact and engage leads through multiple channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and social networks.
- Identify and approach qualified prospects from targeted lead lists.
- Present solutions and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Enrich and nurture lead databases to improve conversion rates for the sales team.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and sales representatives.
- Perform follow-ups on scheduled meetings and maintain engagement throughout the process.
- Manage opportunities through CRM platforms, ensuring accurate and updated information.
- Understand prospect needs, address objections, and identify opportunities for added value.
- Analyze commercial insights, metrics, forecasts, and pipeline performance.
- Maintain CRM processes, OKRs, and professional development plans.
- Provide regular performance updates and reports to leadership.
## Requirements
The ideal candidate should have experience in sales development, pre-sales, or consultative commercial roles, combined with strong analytical abilities and a customer-focused approach. The role requires someone who can combine market intelligence, communication, and technology skills to support business growth.
- Previous experience in complex sales, business development, or pre-sales activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify market opportunities.
- Strategic communication skills with a consultative and value-driven approach.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling and BANT.
- Experience working in technology companies or data-driven environments.
- Understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and pipeline management.
- Ability to research markets, companies, and customer profiles independently.
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Degree or specialization in relevant areas is considered a plus.
- English proficiency may be an advantage depending on business needs.
- Knowledge of public procurement and bidding processes is a differentiator.
