**This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Event Logistics Manager based in the United States.**

Lead the successful execution of large-scale events by managing complex logistics, technical operations, and onsite coordination. This role combines event production expertise, operational planning, and team leadership to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality experiences for clients. You will collaborate with project management, sales, and operations teams to coordinate resources, equipment, and event execution strategies. As a key contributor to event success, you will help establish consistent production standards, mentor team members, and solve challenges in fast-paced environments. ### Accountabilities

  • Manage the execution of assigned event projects, ensuring logistics, timelines, equipment, and operational requirements are successfully delivered.
  • Oversee event inventory management, including equipment receiving, distribution, transportation, return, and preparation for future events.
  • Communicate project plans, client expectations, schedules, and operational updates to event teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate onsite event logistics, supervise execution teams, and ensure compliance with technical and production standards.
  • Support event setup, operation, and breakdown of advanced audiovisual equipment while ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality.
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues quickly while implementing effective solutions during live events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and venue partners through proactive communication and customer-focused service.
  • Mentor and coach technicians and operational team members to improve technical capabilities and event execution practices.
  • Supervise event personnel, assign responsibilities, and provide guidance throughout pre-event, live-event, and post-event activities.
  • Support equipment security, maintenance, storage, forecasting, and inventory planning processes.
  • Stay current with audiovisual technology trends and contribute as a subject matter expert in event production.

## **Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in the corporate staging, live events, audiovisual, or broadcast industry.
  • Previous project management experience in event production environments is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
  • Strong technical background with experience operating and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment.
  • Knowledge of event logistics, operational planning, budgets, and cost control processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain effective under pressure.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and technical documentation tools.
  • Familiarity with technical diagrams and event production workflows is preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
