### Accountabilities

The Senior Web Marketing Manager will own the strategic direction of the website, ensuring it supports business growth, customer needs, and brand positioning. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, analytical thinking, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to create a high-performing digital experience.

  • Own the overall website strategy, translating business objectives into a clear roadmap, priorities, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Define and optimize website information architecture, navigation, page strategy, and user journeys across a multi-product digital platform.
  • Partner with brand, content, design, product marketing, engineering, and growth teams to deliver cohesive website experiences.
  • Use customer insights, analytics, and performance data to identify opportunities and improve website effectiveness.
  • Build and manage a website experimentation program, including A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Develop strategies to improve organic search visibility and answer engine optimization across emerging search platforms.
  • Create hypotheses, analyze results, and turn learnings into actionable improvements for customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Ensure website initiatives align with product positioning, customer needs, and overall growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to connect strategic priorities with website platforms, tools, and execution capabilities.
  • Champion best practices in web strategy, accessibility, responsive design, analytics, and digital optimization.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong background in web strategy, growth optimization, and customer-focused digital experiences. You should be comfortable owning a large-scale website strategy and collaborating with technical and creative teams.

  • Proven experience in web strategy, digital strategy, product strategy, content strategy, or a related discipline.
  • Experience owning strategy for a significant website, digital platform, or online product.
  • Strong understanding of websites as growth channels, with demonstrated success improving organic traffic, conversion rates, or digital performance.
  • Deep knowledge of information architecture, navigation design, and structuring complex multi-product websites.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use web analytics, tagging, and performance data to guide decisions.
  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests, CRO initiatives, and experimentation programs at scale.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO and AEO strategies, including understanding what drives measurable impact.
  • Experience working with modern CMS platforms such as WordPress and CRO or digital experience tools such as Optimizely, Contentful, Webflow, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and cross-device testing.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present strategies and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with strong ownership and initiative.
  • Experience with technology-focused products, SaaS platforms, or healthcare-related solutions is an asset.
  • Genuine interest in improving digital experiences for healthcare professionals and their customers.
