Accountabilities

The Automation and AI Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving AI-driven solutions that optimize content production workflows. This role requires a combination of technical skills, process analysis, and innovation to create scalable automation initiatives.

• Automate content production workflows using Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve automated processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Integrate generative AI tools and Text-to-Video platforms such as HeyGen or similar solutions.
• Automate content workflows, including script submission and video generation processes.
• Develop scripts, integrations, and automation solutions using AI-assisted coding approaches.
• Create internal applications and prototypes to optimize production processes.
• Build integrations between different platforms through APIs.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Eliminate operational bottlenecks through technology-driven solutions.
• Research, test, and implement new AI-based technologies.
• Support the future development of AI agents and advanced automation capabilities.
• Contribute to increased productivity, quality, and scalability of content operations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background combined with experience applying Artificial Intelligence and automation to business processes. We are looking for someone who is analytical, innovative, and comfortable building practical solutions in a constantly evolving technology environment.

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with process automation using Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience applying Generative AI solutions to content creation workflows.
• Experience developing scripts and automation solutions.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Experience integrating platforms through APIs.
• Experience developing internal applications, prototypes, or automation tools.
• Experience with process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or another programming language used for automation and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
