### Accountabilities
The Product Manager will take ownership of product strategy and execution across key areas of a healthcare technology ecosystem. This role requires a hands-on product leader who can identify opportunities, validate solutions, and deliver impactful products while navigating technical, business, and healthcare considerations.
- Own product direction and roadmap execution across patient-facing experiences and AI-powered workflow solutions.
- Lead products from 0-to-1, including customer discovery, problem validation, MVP development, prioritization, launch, and iteration.
- Identify where AI can create meaningful value while ensuring appropriate human oversight, safety considerations, and reliable user experiences.
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to define solutions, manage trade-offs, and deliver high-quality products quickly.
- Translate customer, clinician, and operational challenges into clear product strategies and actionable requirements.
- Make data-driven product decisions by building business cases and evaluating opportunities based on impact and feasibility.
- Balance customer needs, technical constraints, regulatory considerations, and business objectives when prioritizing initiatives.
- Conduct research and gather insights from users, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders to guide product improvements.
- Challenge existing processes and contribute to building scalable product practices as the organization grows.
- Leverage AI tools and methodologies to improve product discovery, decision-making, and execution workflows.
## **Requirements**
The ideal candidate is a product leader with experience building innovative products from concept to adoption, particularly in AI-driven or healthcare environments. This role requires strong ownership, technical understanding, customer empathy, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience owning product strategy and outcomes, especially in 0-to-1 product development environments.
- Experience launching AI-powered products or features from initial concept through real-world user adoption.
- Strong understanding of AI product development, including trade-offs between prompting, fine-tuning, model limitations, explainability, and safety considerations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical constraints without needing to be an engineer.
- Strong customer discovery and validation skills, with experience turning ambiguous problems into clear product opportunities.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments with short development cycles.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, make difficult decisions, and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and business mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to measurable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for executives, engineers, clinicians, and operational teams.
- Experience building healthcare products or familiarity with healthcare workflows such as pharmacy operations, refills, prior authorization, revenue cycle, EHR systems, Epic, Cerner, or FHIR is highly valuable.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to deeply understand complex healthcare challenges.
- Experience as a founder, entrepreneur, or early-stage product builder is a strong advantage.
