### Accountabilities

The Audio Visual Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful implementation of audiovisual solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and operational standards.

  • Manage multiple client projects or groups of related projects throughout their full lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and delivery plans to ensure successful completion of assigned initiatives.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, scopes, charters, schedules, and other required lifecycle materials.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, manage dependencies, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies when required.
  • Manage changes related to project scope, timelines, costs, and quality while maintaining alignment with client expectations.
  • Act as the primary client contact for project-related questions, communication, updates, and implementation coordination.
  • Provide clear project status updates to internal teams, clients, executives, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, financial tracking, and post-project reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate service handoff activities and ensure all project documentation is completed and accessible for ongoing support.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by delivering a professional, transparent, and customer-focused project experience.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced project management professional with strong client-facing skills, excellent organization abilities, and experience delivering technology-focused solutions.

  • 3+ years of experience managing client-facing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, principles, and best practices.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Ability to analyze project challenges, assess risks, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across different levels of an organization.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Post-secondary diploma or equivalent professional experience.
  • PMP certification is considered an asset.
  • Bilingual English/French skills are strongly preferred.
