Accountabilities

The Software Engineer II (Fullstack) will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining customer-facing applications that enable users to configure, manage, and optimize digital experiences. The role requires strong technical execution, collaboration, and ownership throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Java Spring Boot, and Python.
• Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces for search, merchandising, analytics, and reporting workflows.
• Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs to support customer-facing platform capabilities.
• Create and maintain Python-based services and data pipelines that support analytics and customer insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into reliable software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while following modern engineering practices.
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, and development planning.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to improving application reliability and performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance developer productivity, application quality, and system scalability.
• Take ownership of features from initial design through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to building customer-focused solutions that improve usability and overall product experience.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has professional experience developing modern full-stack applications and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. They should demonstrate strong programming skills, collaboration abilities, and an ownership mindset.

• 3–6 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java and backend application development using Spring Boot.
• Experience building modern web applications with React.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Experience using Python for automation, backend development, or data processing workflows.
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern software development practices.
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Passion for creating high-quality customer-facing products.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, collaborative environment.
