Data Conversion, Migration and Cleansing Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced data management leader to play a critical role in large-scale ERP transformation programs. You will drive data conversion, migration, and cleansing initiatives that ensure the successful transition of complex SAP environments to SAP S/4HANA. Working at the intersection of business, finance, procurement, and technology, you will help improve data quality, reduce migration risks, and support enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts. ### Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion, migration readiness, and cleansing activities for large-scale SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Oversee data assessment, profiling, remediation, validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure high-quality, migration-ready data across critical business domains.
• Manage complex procurement-related data sets, including supplier master data, business partner records, purchasing information, finance-related procurement data, banking information, and material master data.
• Develop and execute data cleansing and conversion strategies aligned with program timelines, migration waves, and business priorities.
• Collaborate closely with technology, migration, and business teams to define transformation rules, field mappings, validation processes, mock loads, reconciliation cycles, and cutover plans.
• Identify and mitigate data quality, integration, and migration risks across interconnected Finance, Procurement, and Material Management functions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for data migration tools and methodologies, supporting profiling, cleansing, validation, exception management, and readiness reporting.
• Lead stakeholder discussions, provide evidence-based recommendations, escalate critical issues, and translate technical data challenges into clear business and operational risks.
• Ensure strong governance, audit readiness, documentation, approvals, traceability, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Guide teams in prioritizing remediation efforts that deliver the highest business value and risk reduction while maintaining data integrity across multiple systems.

## Requirements

• 13+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Conversion, Data Migration, or ERP transformation environments.
• Proven track record delivering SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA data conversion and migration initiatives within large, complex organizations.
• Deep expertise in Procurement data domains, including supplier, purchasing, and business partner data structures.
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance and Material Management (MM) processes and data dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with Syniti or comparable enterprise data migration and cleansing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), and enterprise data governance practices.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data profiling, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, remediation planning, and migration validation activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a willingness to remain hands-on when required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, including experience influencing senior business and technology leaders.
• Ability to work independently in highly complex, fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and navigating large-scale digital transformation programs is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work within a hybrid office and remote environment.
