### Accountabilities
- Develop deep knowledge of products, services, and customer needs to understand business opportunities and performance drivers.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and answer strategic questions through data analysis.
- Define problem statements, create measurement plans, and execute analytical approaches aligned with business objectives.
- Collect, transform, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Communicate findings clearly through written reports, visualizations, and presentations for business stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Support strategies focused on improving customer acquisition, engagement, segmentation, and overall business performance.
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven strategies are effectively implemented.
## Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with Tableau experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience transforming raw data into structured datasets for analytical purposes.
- Proven ability to identify business questions, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver comprehensive analytical solutions.
- Experience supporting customer success, operations, growth, or similar business functions is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business contexts and identify key insights.
- Self-starter attitude with curiosity, adaptability, and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
