### Accountabilities

  • Develop deep knowledge of products, services, and customer needs to understand business opportunities and performance drivers.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and answer strategic questions through data analysis.
  • Define problem statements, create measurement plans, and execute analytical approaches aligned with business objectives.
  • Collect, transform, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Communicate findings clearly through written reports, visualizations, and presentations for business stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Support strategies focused on improving customer acquisition, engagement, segmentation, and overall business performance.
  • Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven strategies are effectively implemented.

## Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with Tableau experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience transforming raw data into structured datasets for analytical purposes.
  • Proven ability to identify business questions, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver comprehensive analytical solutions.
  • Experience supporting customer success, operations, growth, or similar business functions is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business contexts and identify key insights.
  • Self-starter attitude with curiosity, adaptability, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
