### Accountabilities

  • Support the sales organization by managing administrative and operational processes, including contract review, documentation management, and sales order processing.
  • Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal and customer requirements before implementation begins.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth onboarding, resolve operational issues, and meet critical project timelines.
  • Monitor sales and implementation dashboards to track project progress and ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales and internal departments, providing guidance on documentation requirements and assisting with issue resolution.
  • Deliver administrative support for sales representatives, including handling internal requests, coordinating marketing materials, and supporting day-to-day operational needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, contribute to process optimization initiatives, and promote collaboration across teams.

## Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience in sales operations, business support, or administrative coordination.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation accurately and consistently.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
