### Accountabilities
The Programmatic Director is responsible for developing and executing high-impact programmatic media strategies while serving as a trusted advisor for clients and internal teams. This role owns campaign performance, strategic recommendations, optimization efforts, and the continuous improvement of digital advertising programs.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for programmatic advertising, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across platforms including DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels.
- Develop comprehensive multi-channel media plans with budget allocations, performance goals, testing strategies, and pacing frameworks.
- Manage campaign optimization through audience segmentation, real-time bidding strategies, platform algorithms, and performance analysis.
- Monitor Search and Social campaign performance while identifying opportunities to improve overall media effectiveness.
- Partner with creative and analytics teams to develop testing strategies that enhance campaign outcomes.
- Provide clients with performance reporting, actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and ongoing communication.
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into executive-level recommendations.
- Build strategic roadmaps focused on efficiency, scalability, and alignment with client business objectives.
- Stay informed on advertising technology developments, privacy regulations, and evolving platform capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across performance marketing initiatives.
## Requirements
The ideal candidate is an experienced digital marketing professional with deep programmatic expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven ability to manage large-scale performance campaigns.
- 5+ years of experience in paid media with hands-on expertise in programmatic advertising platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, data-driven campaigns across programmatic, Search, and Social channels.
- Strong knowledge of performance analytics, forecasting, campaign pacing, testing methodologies, and optimization strategies.
- Experience managing significant media budgets with accountability for performance targets and KPIs.
- Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, measurement strategies, and incrementality testing.
- Strong communication and client management skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect media execution to broader business objectives.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to mentor others and contribute to team development.

- Base salary range of $115,000 - $125,000.
