Salesforce - Lead Developer

### Accountabilities

• Lead Salesforce development projects from planning through delivery, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.
• Analyze business needs and translate requirements into technical documentation, development plans, and scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, review, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Salesforce developers to support team performance and growth.
• Estimate development efforts, prioritize tasks, and coordinate project activities to ensure successful execution.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and platform customization tools.
• Review code, conduct unit testing, resolve defects, and ensure high-quality delivery across Salesforce applications.
• Manage change requests and support continuous improvements for existing Salesforce modules and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to deliver reliable Salesforce implementations.
• Support deployment processes using DevOps tools and follow established development methodologies.

## **Requirements:**

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including formulas, workflows, flows, and process builders.
• Experience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and implementation across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and experience delivering projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Ability to develop customized solutions that meet complex business objectives.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior developers while providing technical guidance.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience using DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments.
• Knowledge of middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, JitterBit, or other ETL tools is a plus.
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces using Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, Aura, and Lightning Web Components is preferred.
