Accountabilities

As a Data Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for translating complex customer requirements into scalable data solutions while ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, helping teams design, validate, and deliver data architectures that support AI-driven workflows and future growth.

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to conduct technical discovery, define solution requirements, and design scalable data architectures tailored to specific business needs.
  • Act as the primary technical representative during solution design discussions, mapping data flows from source systems through downstream platforms and applications.
  • Architect AI-ready data layers by designing structures, documentation, governance models, and frameworks that enable reliable use by AI agents, LLMs, and automated workflows.
  • Analyze and validate large datasets to assess data quality, availability, coverage, and technical feasibility throughout the sales and delivery process.
  • Design and evaluate data matching and entity resolution strategies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Leverage AI tools, large language models, and emerging technologies to accelerate data exploration, documentation, and solution development.
  • Build repeatable frameworks for technical discovery, data documentation, and solution architecture across sales and delivery teams.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations for both technical audiences and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify potential scope, data, or implementation challenges early and proactively guide customers toward successful outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve customer experience, solution quality, and long-term adoption.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong data architecture expertise with customer-facing communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. You should have experience designing modern data solutions, working with enterprise customers, and navigating complex technical environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data architecture, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities, including the ability to query, interpret, and validate large datasets; experience with SQL is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, large language models, AI copilots, and emerging technologies used for data exploration and solution development.
  • Experience designing AI-ready data models, schemas, and pipelines that support automation, AI agents, and intelligent decision-making.
  • Understanding of data integration approaches including APIs, flat files, direct system integrations, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data warehouses.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams while managing technical complexity.
  • Ability to establish structure, processes, and direction when guiding customers through uncertain technical challenges.
  • Experience with go-to-market platforms, customer intelligence solutions, or comparable technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of large-scale database, analytics, and data warehouse technologies is beneficial.
