### Accountabilities

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters, providing coaching, performance management, and clear goals aligned with business hiring objectives.
  • Design and execute scalable sourcing strategies across multiple regional markets, adapting approaches based on local hiring dynamics and talent availability.
  • Optimize recruitment marketing channels, job board investments, and sourcing campaigns using data-driven insights and continuous experimentation.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and analytics to improve candidate sourcing, screening, engagement, and reporting while identifying recruitment trends and coverage gaps.
  • Maintain ownership of recruiting pipelines, ensuring strong CRM hygiene, efficient workflows, and an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with operations and business leaders to align recruitment priorities with workforce needs and proactively address staffing challenges.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement scalable best practices.

## Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years leading or managing recruiting teams.
  • Proven experience developing sourcing strategies, managing recruiting performance, and delivering results in high-volume or operational hiring environments.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and recruitment analytics to support sourcing, candidate evaluation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, recruitment reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Experience designing structured candidate evaluation frameworks and improving recruitment workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic ownership with hands-on recruitment execution in a remote environment.
