### Accountabilities

The CXO Value Economics Analyst will be responsible for developing data-driven frameworks, supporting business value initiatives, and enabling teams to communicate measurable customer impact. The role requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights.

• Partner with sales account executives and technical teams to drive value economics adoption across small and mid-market opportunities.
• Develop business case presentations, ROI analyses, and value assessments that help customers understand the impact of technology investments.
• Transform complex datasets into clear benefit narratives and executive-ready insights.
• Establish governance frameworks for data quality, model accuracy, access controls, and auditability.
• Facilitate discussions with internal teams to identify and quantify customer value drivers.
• Prioritize opportunities based on value creation potential, business impact, and strategic importance.
• Track and report realized business outcomes, connecting initial business cases with delivered results.
• Support the development and improvement of AI models, analytics workflows, and data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with data, AI, IT, product, and commercial teams to align solutions with customer and business needs.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical expertise, technical understanding, and strong communication skills. They should be comfortable working across business and technical teams while applying data-driven approaches to solve complex problems.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
• Around 1 year of experience in AI/ML infrastructure, data engineering, analytics, or related technical roles.
• Experience building and scaling data pipelines with knowledge of data governance, quality management, and model validation practices.
• Familiarity with LLM-based tools, AI platforms, and emerging technologies, with the ability to assess their practical application.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert complex information into clear business recommendations.
• Experience with ROI analysis, value consulting, business-case development, or similar analytical activities is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working across sales, engineering, product, and business functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
• Exposure to cybersecurity, data protection, infrastructure resilience, or enterprise technology environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work remotely with working hours aligned to 2 PM – 11 PM IST.
