Accountabilities

As a Content Media professional, you will support the creation, management, and optimization of content across multiple channels. You will work closely with writers, editors, and cross-functional teams to develop clear, compelling, and accurate content while helping improve content workflows and performance.

• Draft, edit, and proofread various content formats, including blog posts, CRM communications, research reports, and company narratives.
• Support senior writers and editors throughout the content lifecycle, from initial concepts and drafts to final publication.
• Develop creative storytelling angles and ensure content aligns with key brand messages and communication objectives.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, accuracy, and quality across all published materials.
• Assist with copyediting, fact-checking, and content reviews before publication.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and transform ideas into structured content briefs.
• Support milestone stories, company updates, and broader communication initiatives.
• Monitor content performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and reach to inform future strategies.
• Manage daily content workflows, including tracking requests, coordinating with teams, and collecting necessary assets.
• Stay informed about developments in crypto, Web3, fintech, and competitor or media trends.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for storytelling, digital media, and emerging technologies. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with distributed teams.

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferably in English, Journalism, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.
• Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in content creation, editorial work, journalism, internships, or freelance projects is preferred.
• Genuine interest in crypto, blockchain, fintech, and technology trends.
• Familiarity with AI-powered writing and research tools, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve content workflows.
• Basic understanding of content performance metrics and curiosity about using data to improve results.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, ask relevant questions, and follow through on tasks.
• Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working within a remote, distributed, and mostly asynchronous environment.
