### Accountabilities

As a Civil Lawyer, you will be responsible for supporting and managing civil legal matters, ensuring accurate documentation, effective case management, and strategic execution of legal activities.

  • Prepare civil calculations and payment requests related to legal proceedings.
  • Manage and follow up on cases during the enforcement and execution phases.
  • Conduct negotiations and support the preparation of legal agreements and settlements.
  • Update and maintain information in internal legal management systems.
  • Review case data, documents, and financial information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze legal information to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Organize and manage legal documentation and process-related information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of assigned cases.
  • Support continuous improvement of legal processes and operational workflows.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience in civil law, strong analytical abilities, and excellent organizational skills. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working collaboratively in a technology-enabled legal environment.

  • Previous experience working in civil law matters.
  • Experience preparing civil calculations and managing related legal documentation.
  • Professional experience with litigation execution phases.
  • Experience negotiating and preparing legal settlements.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for document review and accuracy.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple pieces of information simultaneously.
  • Analytical ability to identify inconsistencies and evaluate legal data.
  • Proactive mindset with initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with different teams.
  • Good interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.
  • Experience using legal management systems is a plus.
