### Accountabilities

The Tech Lead Sênior will be responsible for providing technical leadership, supporting engineering teams, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.

• Lead technical decisions and guide development teams in building high-quality software solutions.
• Define and promote best practices for architecture, coding standards, scalability, and software quality.
• Provide technical mentorship and support to engineers, helping improve team capabilities and performance.
• Design and evolve frontend solutions using React with a focus on maintainability and performance.
• Contribute to architecture decisions involving cloud environments, integrations, and system scalability.
• Develop and maintain solutions based on Backend for Frontend (BFF) architecture patterns.
• Support the implementation and improvement of CI/CD pipelines to increase delivery efficiency and reliability.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure engineering practices align with business objectives and long-term technology goals.

## Requirements

• Advanced experience with React and modern frontend development practices.
• Solid knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and infrastructure best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and management.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and system design principles.
