### Accountabilities

The VP, Revenue Marketing will own the strategy, execution, and operational infrastructure behind revenue growth initiatives, ensuring marketing investments translate into measurable pipeline and business outcomes.

  • Own pipeline and revenue performance across demand generation, field marketing, marketing operations, and business development functions, including segment-level performance across enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
  • Design and maintain a comprehensive measurement framework covering funnel performance, channel effectiveness, ROI, acquisition costs, and pipeline contribution.
  • Forecast, analyze, and communicate the impact of marketing initiatives on pipeline generation and bookings to executive leadership.
  • Develop AI-driven marketing operations by implementing advanced automation and agentic workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and execution quality.
  • Audit, optimize, and scale the marketing technology ecosystem, including platforms such as HubSpot and other revenue operations tools.
  • Establish operational rhythms through weekly performance reviews, budget alignment, and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Partner with corporate and product marketing teams to translate positioning into effective campaigns and revenue-generating programs.
  • Lead demand generation teams with a focus on strategic execution, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.
  • Evolve field marketing strategies toward high-value engagement opportunities, including executive events, regional programs, and customer-focused experiences.
  • Guide the business development organization by aligning prospecting strategies, messaging, and pipeline generation goals.
  • Expand business development initiatives to support post-sale growth opportunities, retention, and cross-sell motions.
  • Collaborate with customer experience teams to develop expansion campaigns that strengthen long-term customer value.

## **Requirements:**

The ideal candidate is an experienced revenue marketing executive with a strong track record of scaling demand engines, building operational frameworks, and driving measurable growth within B2B SaaS organizations.

  • 10+ years of go-to-market leadership experience, including 5+ years leading revenue, demand generation, or field marketing initiatives at scale.
  • 3+ years of direct experience managing business development or sales development teams.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise demand generation, with additional experience supporting mid-market growth strategies preferred.
  • Proven ability to build measurement systems, operational infrastructure, funnel analytics, and ROI frameworks.
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams across marketing operations, demand generation, field marketing, and sales development.
  • Experience implementing AI-powered workflows using technologies such as Claude, GPT-based solutions, or similar automation tools.
  • Demonstrated success creating high-value field programs, executive engagement strategies, and integrated prospecting motions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models, including land-and-expand strategies, pipeline metrics, and revenue growth drivers.
  • Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Proven people leadership skills with experience hiring, developing, mentoring, and maintaining high-performing teams.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to create scalable systems and processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
