- You will lead creative initiatives across multiple brands, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brand, and at the highest quality standard.
- The role combines creative direction, stakeholder management, operational ownership, and direct involvement in content creation and delivery.
- You will act as a key partner to leadership, translating ideas into impactful campaigns, experiences, and brand assets.

Accountabilities
- Own creative strategy and delivery across multiple brands, serving as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
- Lead the full creative lifecycle, from defining project briefs and setting strategic direction to coordinating contributors and ensuring successful execution.
- Direct and contribute to the creation of marketing assets, including presentations, brochures, landing pages, digital content, campaigns, webinars, and launch materials.
- Build and manage project teams by coordinating specialists across copywriting, design, development, and growth functions according to business needs.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards by reviewing all deliverables for accuracy, consistency, messaging, visual alignment, and overall brand impact before launch.
- Oversee CRM insights, reporting dashboards, and lead-quality analysis to support data-driven decisions and improve marketing performance.
- Identify and implement AI-powered workflows, tools, and systems that increase efficiency, improve processes, and enhance creative output.
- Support leadership with strategic planning, reporting, presentations, stakeholder communications, and execution of key initiatives.
- Partner with external paid media teams by analyzing performance data, ensuring lead quality, and translating marketing metrics into actionable business insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing agency leadership role, with proven success managing stakeholder relationships and delivering multi-disciplinary creative projects on deadline.
- 10+ years of professional experience with the ability to independently manage complex projects, identify solutions, and operate with minimal guidance.
- Strong creative leadership skills combined with a hands-on execution mindset and the ability to personally contribute to high-quality deliverables.
- Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven mindset with a willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and focus on measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build AI-driven workflows, automate processes, and use technology to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, quality control mindset, and commitment to delivering polished, error-free work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to proactively manage expectations, provide updates, and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, dashboards, lead pipelines, and marketing performance reporting.
- Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Reliable remote work setup and availability to travel to the US up to four times per year.
- Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, investment, real estate, or compliance-driven marketing environments is a plus.
- Previous experience managing multiple brands, running webinars or digital programs, and working with platforms such as HubSpot, Close, Zoom, or Calendly is preferred.
- Experience operating an agency or leading as an owner-operator is highly valued.
