### Accountabilities
- Design, prepare, and execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing activities to ensure product quality.
- Define acceptance criteria based on business requirements and user stories, collaborating with agile teams to validate solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scenarios, including backend automation initiatives across different squads.
- Manage test evidence, document execution results, and provide clear reports comparing planned versus completed testing activities.
- Create and manage test data and support validation processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Apply agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to support efficient collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Maintain source code versioning for automated test cases and contribute to improving testing frameworks and practices.
- Execute non-functional testing activities to evaluate system performance, reliability, and scalability.
## Requirements
- Strong experience in software quality assurance, with proven expertise in functional test automation.
- Advanced experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Karate, Cypress, Newman, Appium, or similar technologies.
- Solid knowledge of creating test cases, validating results, and generating detailed execution evidence.
- Experience working with tools such as Jenkins and Jira in software development environments.
- Practical experience with agile methodologies and collaboration within Scrum or Kanban teams.
- Knowledge of relational databases and ability to support data validation processes.
- Experience with non-functional testing tools such as JMeter or K6.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Excellent time management, ownership mindset, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with clients and technical teams.
