Accountabilities

The Senior Associate, Corporate Cards will serve as a key point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high-quality support, accurate processing, and effective issue resolution. The role requires strong customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Provide frontline customer service to corporate card administrators and cardholders through phone, online, and written communication channels.
  • Manage incoming inquiries and administrative requests while ensuring alignment with service agreements and approved procedures.
  • Support clients with corporate card tools, technologies, products, and solutions while providing clear guidance.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently and maintain strong service standards.
  • Process and review requests for new corporate credit cards, ensuring complete documentation and compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound communications, including follow-ups, escalations, and written authorization requests.
  • Identify customer needs, resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to support first-contact resolution and continuous service improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma completed or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working in a customer service, sales, or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong passion for helping customers and resolving complex requests.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or French.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of corporate credit card products and services is an asset.
  • Familiarity with contact centre technologies, processes, and performance metrics is preferred.
  • Understanding of risk management, compliance principles, and regulated financial environments is an asset.
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
