### Accountabilities

The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns while ensuring strong performance, measurable results, and alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and key metrics to maximize ROAS and lead generation.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, keywords, and budgets to continuously optimize results.
  • Manage campaign structures, targeting strategies, bidding approaches, and optimization processes.
  • Learn and apply internal campaign frameworks, tools, and methodologies to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Create detailed performance reports with recommendations for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify issues affecting campaign performance and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Stay updated on paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support strategic goals and client success.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong paid advertising experience, analytical capabilities, and a performance-driven mindset. This professional should be comfortable managing campaigns independently while communicating effectively in a remote environment.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, especially Google Ads.
  • Proven experience optimizing campaigns for ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment is required, preferably supporting U.S.-based clients.
  • Experience with healthcare or medical-related marketing campaigns is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfort participating in video calls and collaborating with international teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and client-specific approaches.
