### Accountabilities
As the Lead Internal Events & Production Strategist, you will design and deliver company-wide experiences that connect employees, reinforce organizational priorities, and create memorable moments across a global workforce. You will manage complex event programs while partnering with executives, communications teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution.
- Develop and lead internal event strategies, including company-wide meetings, leadership sessions, virtual gatherings, and occasional in-person events.
- Own the complete event lifecycle, including event concepts, planning, budgeting, logistics, production, execution, and post-event analysis.
- Create scalable, accessible, and inclusive experiences designed for employees across multiple regions and time zones.
- Partner with executive leaders, communications teams, people partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align programming with business objectives and engagement goals.
- Manage external production agencies, vendors, technology platforms, creative partners, and event budgets while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Produce compelling employee stories and internal content in collaboration with creative and production partners.
- Define event success metrics, gather employee feedback, and use insights to continuously improve future experiences.
- Explore emerging event formats, virtual platforms, hybrid experiences, and AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and engagement.
- Support internal communications efforts by extending event storytelling and increasing awareness across employee channels.
- Drive operational excellence through strong project management, clear documentation, and continuous process improvements.
## Requirements
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in corporate events, employee engagement, or internal communications, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-visibility initiatives independently.
- Proven experience planning and producing large-scale internal events for audiences of 500+ attendees, preferably within a remote-first or distributed organization.
- Background in corporate events, employee experience, internal communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and confidently presenting event strategies and recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage event budgets, production vendors, agencies, and external partners.
- Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event platforms such as Zoom Events or similar technologies.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve event planning, personalization, content creation, and operational workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and locations.
- Self-directed and proactive approach suited to a highly autonomous, asynchronous work environment.
- Ability to understand and support remote employee experiences with empathy, inclusivity, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adopt internal collaboration tools and workflows as part of daily operations.
