Lead the marketing vision and global growth strategy for an innovative financial technology organization transforming the future of cross-border payments and financial infrastructure. This executive role offers the opportunity to build and scale a modern, AI-powered marketing function from the ground up while driving brand leadership, demand generation, and product-led growth initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, product, and sales teams, you will define go-to-market strategies, strengthen market positioning, and create scalable systems that accelerate business growth. ### Accountabilities

  • Define and execute a multi-year global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, growth priorities, and market opportunities.
  • Build and scale an AI-native marketing organization by implementing modern automation, AI workflows, and operational systems to increase marketing efficiency.
  • Own the full demand generation lifecycle, from traffic acquisition and conversion optimization to lead qualification and sales pipeline contribution.
  • Develop and optimize product-led growth strategies that support self-service adoption and usage-driven growth for API-based financial products.
  • Establish a differentiated brand positioning and technical narrative that resonates with developers, engineering teams, financial institutions, and business decision-makers.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing strategies across digital performance, technical content, industry events, and other growth channels.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Product leadership to align go-to-market initiatives, messaging, product launches, and sales enablement programs.
  • Define executive-level marketing KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards that connect investments to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Present marketing strategies, performance insights, and growth initiatives to executive stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Build scalable marketing processes, infrastructure, and capabilities to support international expansion.

## **Requirements**

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including experience building and leading marketing teams or functions within B2B technology, fintech, payments, or related industries.
  • Proven experience developing marketing strategies for financial infrastructure, cross-border payments, banking-as-a-service (BaaS), stablecoins, or emerging financial technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing functions from early-stage environments into mature, high-performing operations.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered tools, automation frameworks, and modern marketing technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth strategies and experience marketing API-first, developer-focused, or technical products.
  • Proven track record of owning demand generation, inbound growth engines, pipeline creation, and revenue impact.
  • Experience presenting marketing strategies, metrics, and business outcomes to executive teams and boards.
  • Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing, performance optimization, content strategy, and technical positioning.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and create structure in fast-changing environments.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
