Accountabilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor team members to ensure performance goals and operational objectives are achieved.
  • Manage daily team operations, including scheduling, time tracking, workflow coordination, and performance monitoring.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to employees while fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Conduct employee reviews, support professional development, and contribute to team growth initiatives.
  • Serve as a key communication point between team members and senior leadership.
  • Monitor and improve Court Support workflows to increase efficiency, quality, and service performance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee knowledge, consistency, and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Participate in hiring activities and provide recommendations related to team staffing and performance management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team coordination role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and support employees in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Experience managing workflows, improving processes, and driving team performance.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in logistics, operations, legal services, or similar environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with operational management systems and court support processes is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Skye, particularly related to sheriffs and partner management, is an advantage.
