### Accountabilities

The SDE I (FullStack) will contribute to the development and improvement of software products by building reliable features, maintaining code quality, and collaborating across engineering functions. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining full-stack application features using Node.js for backend services and React or Vue.js for frontend development.
• Designing, building, and integrating REST APIs with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver complete features from development through release.
• Debugging technical issues, resolving defects, and improving application stability.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to continuous improvements in development workflows.
• Supporting application deployments, monitoring processes, and basic cloud infrastructure activities.
• Exploring new technologies and contributing ideas to improve products and engineering practices.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate will have hands-on software development experience, strong programming fundamentals, and a passion for building high-quality applications. Required qualifications and skills include:

• 2–3 years of experience in software development or full-stack engineering roles.
• Working knowledge of Node.js and experience developing backend APIs.
• Experience with React and/or Vue.js, including components, state management, and API integration.
• Understanding of REST APIs, basic system design concepts, and data structures.
• Familiarity with Git, debugging techniques, and collaborative software development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of technical challenges.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven mindset with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.

Preferred qualifications include

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of unit and integration testing frameworks.
• Awareness of software performance and security best practices.
