### Accountabilities

The Project Manager - Supply Chain will be responsible for managing supply chain improvement initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of process and technology enhancements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead projects focused on improving global supply chain processes, pricing administration workflows, and supporting technologies.
  • Partner with purchasing teams and suppliers to implement pricing updates and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and drive initiatives that improve service levels, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional actions to resolve supply chain challenges and improve business outcomes.
  • Manage supply chain tools and systems to ensure alignment with operational needs and business objectives.
  • Define process improvements, document requirements, and create procedural guides and training materials.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), communicate progress, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and support business units in implementing sourcing and procurement improvements.
  • Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to ensure appropriate agreements, confidentiality protections, and compliance requirements are maintained.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and demonstrate measurable value from supply chain process and technology enhancements.
  • Provide regular updates, training, and communication to stakeholders across different functions.
  • Support additional operational and project-related activities as required.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management capabilities, analytical skills, and experience working within supply chain or operational improvement environments. Required qualifications include:

  • Experience in supply chain management, procurement operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, pricing administration, and operational improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to define business requirements, translate needs into actionable solutions, and develop process documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with purchasing teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train teams and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, calculate cost impacts, and support value-based decision-making.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management software and business process tools is preferred.
