### Accountabilities

• Analyze business needs and translate requirements into effective system solutions.
• Conduct requirement gathering and documentation, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are clearly defined.
• Create, refine, and maintain user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Act as a connection point between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout projects.
• Support agile development processes through backlog management, prioritization, and continuous improvement practices.
• Participate in functional validation, integrated testing, and solution verification activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand challenges, propose improvements, and ensure successful project delivery.

## Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, including business analysis activities and requirements gathering.
• Strong knowledge of elicitation and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience creating and refining user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with backlog management and prioritization.
• Knowledge of functional validation and integrated testing processes.
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps for backlog management, work items, and agile metrics is considered a plus.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively between technical and business areas.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document information clearly and align expectations with stakeholders.
• Adaptability to changing priorities, scopes, and project requirements.
• Proactive mindset focused on identifying improvements and proposing solutions.
