SR Product Designer

• **This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SR Product Designer based in Brazil.**
• We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape meaningful digital experiences within a large-scale technology environment.
• This role combines strategic thinking, user-centered design, and strong execution skills to solve complex problems through intuitive and impactful solutions.
• You will lead end-to-end design initiatives, partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to create experiences that balance user needs and business goals.

### Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end product design projects, from problem discovery and research through solution delivery and implementation.
• Contribute to product strategy by bringing a strong user experience perspective and a systemic design approach.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability tests, and validation activities to support informed product decisions.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and improve user experiences.
• Design intuitive user flows, interfaces, and experiences aligned with user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the evolution and governance of Design Systems, ensuring consistency across products and features.
• Act as a technical reference within the design team, supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring less experienced designers.
• Participate in design critiques, reviews, and collaborative sessions to improve the quality of solutions.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and customer-focused design practices across the organization.

## **Requirements:**

• Solid experience working as a Product Designer on digital products, with the ability to independently lead complex design initiatives.
• Strong technical background in UX, UI, information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and validation processes.
• Ability to make design decisions based on data, metrics, user insights, and business context.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, design process, impact of solutions, and quality of execution.
• Experience designing complex digital products, platforms, scalable ecosystems, B2B solutions, SaaS products, or fintech products is a plus.
• Experience with Design Systems, component governance, and scalable design practices is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of accessibility principles and usability best practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with product metrics and experimentation frameworks is a plus.
• Previous experience mentoring junior designers and influencing strategic product decisions is a plus.
